The band ONEWE completes its own musical map.
ONEWE will release their third full-length album, 'Face : Unknown Atlas' (Face : Unknown Atlas), on the 19th. The "point·line·plane" series, which began with the May single album 'Dot : The Quiver' (Dot : The Quiver), passed through the digital single 'Line : The Wake' (Line : The Wake) and has finally reached "plane."
This series is particularly meaningful in that it has expanded a single musical narrative step by step, beyond simply releasing albums in succession. If Dot : The Quiver announced the beginning of a musical tremor, Line : The Wake carried that tremor into a single flow. And through the third full-length album Face : Unknown Atlas, the lines that have continued until now are completed into a single space and world.
In particular, ONEWE further expands its distinctive fairy-tale imagination through this series. In earlier promotions, they actually stimulated curiosity about this new musical journey by presenting a "point·line·plane" logo motion like opening a picture book and content set against Neverland.
Above all, ONEWE's strength lies in creating "their own music." Since debut, the members have participated directly in songwriting, building the team's unique color, and they have shown a wide musical spectrum ranging from energetic band sounds to delicate storytelling. The third full-length album is also a reason why expectations are growing about how ONEWE's musical color and new experiments will harmonize.
Most of all, the format of a full-length album is itself a point of expectation. Having built stories one by one through single albums and digital singles, ONEWE can unfold their musical concerns and narrative on a broader scale. Curiosity is piqued about what the "Unknown Atlas" that ONEWE has drawn across an entire album, not just a single song, will look like.
As the final chapter of the original narrative that continues with "point·line·plane" unfolds as the third full-length album, interest is growing in what musical world ONEWE will present through this album.
