On the 10th (local time), Anne Hathaway posted on her social media a behind-the-scenes video of the premiere of the film The End of Oak Street along with a cheerful, biting caption saying "fake hair, real D line. Enjoy with me the chaos of my outfit melting in the heat."
Earlier, Anne Hathaway boldly showed her belly in a silk halter-neck top and jersey-line jeans on the film premiere red carpet last weekend. But according to the Daily Mail, some internet users raised the absurd 'pregnancy fabrication' controversy, saying things like "Isn't she wearing a fake stomach for special effects?" and "It looks like body makeup," citing her age in her 40s and her clearly defined abs and belly shape as the reason.
In response, Anne Hathaway shared a behind-the-scenes video of a beauty staff attaching hair extensions, proving directly that while her hair may be fake, the D line is a "real belly," shutting the trolls up. Fans also sent messages of support to Anne Hathaway, saying, "Her belly just looks different because she has muscle from consistent exercise," and "It's bizarre to pick at someone else's pregnant belly calling it fake or whatever."
Anne Hathaway, who already has two sons with her husband Adam Shulman, surprised fans with the announcement this summer that she is pregnant with her third child at age 43 and received many congratulations.
