The group's Stray Kids (Stray Kids) member Changbin donated 100 million won in celebration of his birthday, offering warm compassion.
Changbin donated a total of 100 million won to Samsung Medical Center on his birthday on Aug. 11. The donation will be split in half, with 50 million won each planned to be used to support treatment costs for pediatric and adolescent patients and for emotional support programs for patients' families.
About this act of kindness, Changbin left a heartfelt remark, saying, Fans' great love allowed me to practice meaningful sharing on my birthday. I sincerely hope my heart reaches places in need and becomes even a small hope and warm comfort.
His warm sharing is not the first. During the 2023 Turkey-Syria earthquake, he delivered emergency relief funds through The Promise and was registered in the Honors Club. He also donated to Samsung Medical Center on his 2025 birthday to help vulnerable pediatric patients, and in the same year he continued sustained sharing by donating to multiple relief organizations, along with fellow Stray Kids members, for recovery from the Gyeongnam·Gyeongbuk wildfires and the Hong Kong fire damage.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids, which includes Changbin, is actively promoting its new mini album THIS & THAT, released on the 7th.
