The artist Evan (EVAN) confirmed a super-fast comeback by announcing his first mini album, "DEATH OF ME," to be released on Sept. 7. It is a welcome new release about two months after his debut single, "RIDE OR DIE," released last June.
The new album "DEATH OF ME" is a record that contains a declaration to seize the reins of tangled emotions and boldly move forward. The agency Belift Lab Inc. said, "Following the previous work, Evan directly participated in producing the overall album, recording his sincere inner self and his firm will toward the future into high-quality sound."
Through his debut single, Evan proved his multifaceted abilities in vocals and performance, songwriting·composition, and producing, imprinting himself as a "complete all-rounder" artist. The music industry's attention is focused on the deeper musical world he will present with this new release.
Evan's global impact is also overwhelming. The debut song "Ride or Die" stamped a strong mark on the global music market by ranking No. 1 on iTunes "Top Songs" in nine countries/regions, No. 1 on Tencent Music's weekly Korea chart in China, and repeatedly appearing near the top of YouTube's daily popular music video global chart.
Evan will also tour global stages in a relay with his comeback. Starting with an appearance on the Grammy Museum's special program "Spotlight" in Los Angeles on the 14th, he will attend KCON LA 2026 on the 16th, the major Greater China awards show 2026 TIMA on the 23rd, and the 2026 K-World Dream Awards on the 27th.
Meanwhile, preorders for Evan's first mini album "DEATH OF ME" begin today (the 10th) at 11 a.m. Evan will hold the EVAN debut showcase "DEATH OF ME" at 7 p.m. on Sept. 7 at Kyung Hee University's Peace Hall in Seoul and have a meaningful meeting with fans.
