Comedian Lee Jin-ho was discharged ahead of his first trial on charges of illegal gambling and violation of the Road Traffic Act (drunk driving).

On April 1, Lee Jin-ho suddenly collapsed at home from a cerebral hemorrhage and was rushed to the hospital. At the time, 119 paramedics were dispatched after Super Junior's Kangin, who was on a call with Lee Jin-ho, reported the situation, and Lee Jin-ho focused on treatment and rehabilitation at a university hospital in Seoul before being discharged in late May.
Currently, Lee Jin-ho still has some paralysis symptoms that make communication and movement difficult, but his condition is reported to have improved to the point where light conversation and movement are possible.

Earlier, accused of gambling several times using illegal online gambling sites, Lee Jin-ho is also charged with driving under the influence on the early morning of Sept. 24 last year, driving about 100 km from Incheon to Yangpyeong while intoxicated.
