Blackpink Jennie laid out her candid and firm standards regarding dating and communication.
Jennie recently appeared on Cosmopolitan's YouTube channel and shared an engaging conversation on dating and ways of communicating.
That day, when asked about situations where the other person keeps updating their Facebook status yet takes hours to reply to her texts, she immediately called it a "danger sign."
Jennie said of such behavior, "Everything is wrong," noting, "We should receive respect and love from the other person." She made clear a firm standard that it is hard to accept someone who has time for social media activity but ignores messages.
Jennie also surprisingly revealed her cool communication habits. When asked whether she reaches out first if there is no reply, she laughed and said, "I don't send the first message." She added, "Sending consecutive messages means a lot to me."
Meanwhile, on the 8th Jennie conveyed heartfelt thanks to fans who have been with her for 10 years through a long handwritten letter. Jennie told fans, "I feel more deeply as time goes by how powerful it has been to have people who always wait for me in the same place, believe in me, and support me," and added, "Thanks to you I was able to achieve so many dreams, see a wider world, stand on stages I only imagined with you, and meet many good people. Above all, living as the person 'Jennie' together with BLINKs allowed me to know and love myself better. I am sincerely grateful for loving me, believing in me, and walking with me for 10 years."
