The film Odyssey, considered Christopher Nolan's new masterpiece and ranked No. 1 at the overall box office for three consecutive days, surpassed 1 million viewers today (8th), its fourth day since release.
According to the Korean Integrated Box Office System, Odyssey reached the milestone of surpassing 1 million cumulative viewers as of 7:40 a.m. on the 8th (Saturday). This adds to the surprise because it reached the mark one day faster than The King's Warden, which drew 16.9 million viewers, and Christopher Nolan's previous film and seven-time Academy Award winner Oppenheimer.
In particular, Odyssey opened with a CGV egg index of 97% and a Naver rating of 9.4, and with enthusiastic praise from actual viewers has maintained the No. 1 overall reservation rate, raising expectations for its future box office performance.
