Actor Jung Jun-won, who has faced days of controversy over his attitude on a variety show, revealed a bright update.
On the 7th, Jung Jun-won posted the pre-release video and still cuts of the MBC Friday-Saturday drama A Bona fide Killer, in which he stars, and promoted it saying "tonight at 9:50 p.m." He also tagged actress Han Chae-rin's account, saying "Reporter Goo Hae-na's first appearance!"
In the released photos, Jung Jun-won and Han Chae-rin pose affectionately while holding the "A Bona fide Killer" script. Jung Jun-won shielded his eyes from the sun with his hand and wore a bright smile.
On the 31st of last month, Jung Jun-won uploaded a two-shot with Kong Hyojin filmed at the production briefing ahead of the first broadcast of "A Bona fide Killer" and resumed SNS activity after a week. There was no mention or explanation of the recently raised attitude controversy, and only posts promoting the drama remained, drawing attention.
Earlier, on the afternoon broadcast of the MBC variety show Hangout With Yoo on the 1st, the "Shoot It" episode depicted the journey of Yoo Jae-seok, HaHa, Heo Kyunghwan and Joo Woo-jae preparing short-form drama season 2. They held a meeting for the season 2 lead actors, and Kong Hyojin and Jung Jun-won appeared.
However, debate ensued over Jung Jun-won's attitude described as "extremely introverted." HaHa, who filmed Hangout With Yoo with him, and comedian Kim Hyun-sook defended Jung Jun-won and admonished the excessive criticism. Kong Hyojin also defended him on SNS, saying "the husband who really threw up after the recording" and "I'm sorry I couldn't save him." Meanwhile, critic Kim Do-hoon wrote a post that seemed to target Jung Jun-won but later deleted it.
