Actress Ha Jiwon left another special mark as the first Korean actor to throw the ceremonial first pitch in Major League Baseball (MLB).
In episode 20 of the YouTube content "I'm Class of 26 Jiwon," released on the 6th, the installment titled "Real situation! Why is this trial happening to me… I flew 20 hours and almost went home as is, telling that story" was released.
That day, before departing for the United States, Ha Jiwon met Hanwha Eagles cheerleader Ha Jiwon. The two people with the same name complimented each other, saying "you're so pretty," creating a warm atmosphere.

Ahead of the MLB ceremonial first pitch, Ha Jiwon expressed her excitement, saying, "Today is American hot girl style."
This ceremonial first pitch was especially meaningful as it marked the first time a Korean actor threw a pitch in the MLB. Although overseas actors have previously thrown ceremonial first pitches in Major League Baseball, Ha Jiwon is the first as a Korean actor. Starting with the comeback-hit "home run" stage, she had already appeared in a KBO League first pitch and now challenged the MLB first pitch, making it her third baseball stage.
Although she previously faced an unexpected situation when the game was postponed by a day due to heavy rain, Ha Jiwon calmly threw the ball on the ceremonial mound, and the ball headed into the strike zone, completing a perfect first pitch. Ha Jiwon's challenge, overcoming even the rain variable, concluded successfully along with the record of being the first Korean actor to throw a ceremonial first pitch in the MLB.
