The Boyz member Sunwoo has joined GroovyRoom's camp.

Earlier that day, news had emerged that fellow group member Younghoon had signed an exclusive contract with Namooactors Entertainment. They will carry out group activities under a new label and continue individual activities through separate exclusive contracts.
Before debuting, Sunwoo appeared on Mnet's "High School Rapper" and showcased his rap skills, and later debuted in 2017 with the group The Boyz and received great love.
At Area, which signed an exclusive contract with Sunwoo, is a hip-hop label founded by producer duo GroovyRoom (Park Kyujeong, Lee Huimin) that houses artists such as GFriend's Yuju and Mirani.
Meanwhile, the nine members of The Boyz (Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, Eric) announced on the 6th that they had signed a group contract with a new label.
They notified One Hundred of contract termination this February, citing unpaid settlements and a breakdown of trust. In April, the provisional injunction to suspend the effect of the exclusive contract filed by The Boyz was granted.
