Actor Ha-young confessed she comes from a family of doctors for four generations.
On the 6th, the Netflix official YouTube channel released footage of Jung Haein and Ha-young appearing to promote the new series Our Sticky Love.
That day Ha-young spoke about The Trauma Code: Heroes on call, which brought her public attention, saying, "It was so much fun. I think it was the first time I acted so freely. They encouraged me that I could show my straightforward, down-to-earth self as I am, so I found the courage to do so."
Yoo Byungjae said, "Ha-young says there have been many doctors in her family for generations," and Ha-young said, "That's right. I heard my father, grandfather and great-grandfather were doctors."
Ha-young explained, "From what I heard, they first opened a western medicine practice in Hanyang. My older sister is also a doctor. She is an internal medicine physician," and Yoo Byungjae speculated, "It seems her sister also became a doctor because many family members were doctors."
Ha-young agreed and added, "I never had any intention of it. There was no possibility and I never dared to think about it. I just wanted my sister to do well."
Ha-young also revealed that she consulted her family during filming of The Trauma Code: Heroes on call, saying, "I asked about terms because I had to understand what certain medicines were. There were many surgery scenes, and because those aren't encountered in everyday life I asked questions like where a nurse should stand."
