That day, Jang Jae-in shared her routine of learning soccer and heading to a band studio. At the studio, the production team asked Jang Jae-in about her recent situation, saying, "Don't you have money problems?"
Jang Jae-in confessed, "The money problem is that house prices are falling. I bought a house in Seoul. I bought it with debt, and I hated having debt, so I sold it. As soon as I sold it, the house price doubled. It really rose enormously. My heart is torn," which surprised listeners.
She added, "So I bought a house in Gimpo, but Gimpo house prices are falling. I own one Gimpo apartment and a small villa in Bangi-dong, but I keep them thinking they are not really mine."
The production team asked, "Why did you buy the Bangi-dong villa?" and Jang Jae-in joked, "My mother told me to buy it. She said it would be good if I bought it," drawing laughter.
Meanwhile, Jang Jae-in drew attention as a singer-songwriter on the cable channel Mnet audition program "Superstar K2" in 2010 and has been actively working as a singer.
