Singer Lady Jane, after revealing the secret to losing 20kg after childbirth, shared a realistic travelogue of raising twins that resonated with viewers.
Lady Jane recently posted on her YouTube channel footage of her and her husband, Im Hyun-tae, visiting a kids' pool villa with their twin daughters.
The trip was not easy from the start. The couple, who broke into a sweat from the moment they packed their luggage, had no time to rest caring for the twins even after arriving at the accommodation. Only after finally putting the children to sleep were they able to have a late dinner. During the meal, Im Hyun-tae said, "I want to go camping when the kids grow up," expressing hope, but Lady Jane shook her head and shared the hardships of real parenting.
He said, "Until we ate this, I thought it was parental survival training. Leaving the house is pure hardship," conveying his bittersweet feelings with a laugh.
The situation the next day was no different. After taking care of the children from early morning and packing again to head home, Lady Jane said, "Did we not know we would suffer like this? Why did we come on another trip?" expressing regret and drawing laughter. At the end she added, jokingly, "What trip, what vacation. Don't come," conveying the hardships of a real parenting mom.
Earlier, Lady Jane appeared on the YouTube channel Women's Donga and also revealed the secret to losing about 20kg after childbirth. She said, "I exercised hard, but you lose weight naturally when you raise children. You don't have time to eat," and added, "When you try to take a spoonful, the children cry, and during the weaning period I can't eat properly in front of them." She also added, "I consistently did pilates to recover my separated rectus abdominis and rib cage from giving birth to twins."
Meanwhile, Lady Jane married actor Im Hyun-tae in 2023 and gave birth to twin daughters in July last year. Since then, she has been sharing an unvarnished parenting daily life on YouTube, drawing empathy from many parents.
