A family revenge drama that will cool this summer, 'Gyeongju trip,' has raised expectations by confirming a 'killer GV' before its release.
The film Gyeongju trip (writer-director Kim Mijo, presented by Lotte Entertainment·Michigan Venture Capital Co., distributed by Lotte Entertainment, produced by Studio High Five, co-produced by Euphoria ENT) is a family revenge drama about four mothers and daughters who, after eight years of waiting, embark on a killer trip for their youngest daughter Gyeongju, who did not return from a school trip, starring Korea's leading character actors Lee Jung-eun, Kong Hyojin, Park So-dam and Lee Yeon.
Ahead of the official release, on Aug. 20 at 7:30 p.m. at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall, 'Killer GV part 1 - editor Kim Minkyung edition' will be held. Editor Kim Minkyung of Minumsa Publishing Co., known for her witty talk, will serve as moderator, and Lee Jung-eun, who plays the mother Oksil, and director Kim Mijo will attend to spend a meaningful time with the audience.
On the day of the release, the 26th at 7:30 p.m., Kim Mijo and the four actors Lee Jung-eun, Kong Hyojin, Park So-dam and Lee Yeon will all appear at Lotte Cinema World Tower. Director Bong Joon-ho will also attend and reunite with Lee Jung-eun and Park So-dam, who created a global sensation with the film Parasite.
