K-pop's leading global artists adorned the KM Chart July monthly chart in splendor.
The global standard K-pop chart "KM Chart (KM Chart)" announced the final results of the July monthly chart on its official website on the 4th. On this chart, BTS, ATEEZ, Le Chanwon, BABYMONSTER, CORTIS and HADES each topped their respective institutional sector, demonstrating formidable strength.
The honor of No. 1 in the most fiercely contested K-MUSIC (digital) institutional sector went to BTS's "SWIM." After taking first place on the chart in April, they reclaimed the top spot again, proving BTS's unwavering global digital music power. Following were PLAVE's "Born Savage," Hearts2Hearts's "Lemon Tang," aespa's "LEMONADE," I.O.I's "Suddenly," CORTIS's "REDRED," Yeonjun's "Ice Cream," ILLIT's "It's Me," ATEEZ's "BAD," and Yena's "Catch Catch," which broke through fierce competition to form the top 10.
In the K-MUSIC ARTIST (artist) institutional sector, ATEEZ, boasting a powerful fandom and stage presence, took first place. BTS followed in second and Le Chanwon placed third, showing top-tier influence. Lim Young-woong, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, PLAVE, TWS, Hearts2Hearts, Woozi, ILLIT and others also ranked highly, proving tight popularity.
In the HOT CHOICE (popularity) male institutional sector, which showed the fans' intense firepower, Le Chanwon, who boasts digital music and fandom power, took first place. Following him were Lim Young-woong, V (BTS), Ahop, Kang Daniel, Jin and Jimin (BTS), Kihyun, Yeonjun (TOMORROW X TOGETHER) and Park Jihoon, who made the top 10 and proved overwhelming firepower. In the female institutional sector, the rising sensation BABYMONSTER took the top spot, followed in order by Fifty Fifty, EXIN, YooA Yoo, QWER, IZNA, Risenne, Blackpink, Hearts2Hearts and TWICE.
Competition in the ROOKIE (new artist) institutional sector, which will bear the future of K-pop, was also heated. In the male institutional sector, CORTIS took the top spot for the fourth time overall, following January, May and June of this year, achieving a remarkable feat. LNGSHOT, ALPHA DRIVE ONE, Modyssey, idntt, AND2BLE, KEYVITUP, IDID, AxMxP, AM8IC also made the rankings. In the female institutional sector, HADES rose to No. 1 and stamped itself as a next-generation girl group leader. Following were S2IT, OWIS, UNCHILD, AtHeart, H//PE Princess, dodree, LATENCY, iii and AFuture, which entered the top 10.
