Pop rock band Maroon 5 will hold a solo concert in Korea for the first time in about three years, reuniting with Korean fans.
Maroon 5 will hold the concert in Korea at 8 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2027, at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1, halls 4 and 5 in Ilsan. This stage is a solo concert realized for the first time in three years since their 2024 visit to Korea and is part of a global Asia tour that begins in Taiwan in January next year.
Maroon 5, who built a distinctive sound combining rock and R&B with their 2002 debut album [Songs About Jane], has been one of the longest-running chart-topping groups in pop history for more than 20 years. They have placed as many as 32 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, including the No. 1 hits "Makes Me Wonder," "Moves Like Jagger" and "Girls Like You," and have achieved more than 34 billion cumulative streams. Backed by record sales of more than 110 million albums worldwide and three Grammy Awards, they were named one of the "best bands of the 21st century" by Billboard.
This visit is especially anticipated because it is part of the tour following the release of their eighth studio album [Love Is Like], released in 2025. The eighth album, praised for returning to the early songwriting-centered band sound, sparked global attention with the collaboration track "Priceless" featuring Blackpink's Lisa. After the new album's release, Maroon 5 sold out a 24-date U.S. arena tour, including New York's Madison Square Garden, and following this year's London Hyde Park appearance, they are scheduled to headline Rock in Rio this September.
Having sold more than 8.35 million tickets through over 850 performances in more than 30 countries to date, they have had a particularly strong connection with Korea. Since their first visit in 2008, they have consecutively sold out shows at Jamsil Auxiliary Stadium, Gocheok Sky Dome, and solo performances in Busan and Daegu, proving the explosive love of domestic fans.
Meanwhile, general ticket sales for Maroon 5's Korea concert will be available through the official ticketing site NOL starting at 12 p.m. on Aug. 14. Prior to that, the artist official presale will open at 12 p.m. on Aug. 12, and a presale for members of the Live Nation Korea website will open at 12 p.m. on Aug. 13.
