In the highlight medley of the mini 3rd album WhyKiiiKiii (WhyKiiiKiii), which KiiiKiii released on their official social media on the 3rd, images representing each track and staging that used actual social media functions added immersion while stimulating viewers' emotions.
The upbeat and refreshing "Ever2Late! (Ever 2 Late)" expressed freedom through various scenes of planes passing through the sky, and the light, pleasant-energy "Hey Hi" added curiosity with a witty staging of choosing between breakfast and dessert. The title track "Pop Off Pop Off" drew sympathy from many by having KiiiKiii members showcase styles that were fashionable in the past to rhythms that evoke nostalgia.
The sleek electro-pop sound of "SWEET SOUR" suggested a "truth game," evoking fresh school days, and "Candy Pink Magic Hole Flip Phone (What should I do)" added Y2K sensibility and kitsch with text message staging using the nostalgic "Magic Hole" phone. The final track "Blue Hour" added the function of leaving star ratings along with an animation of shooting stars falling in the night sky, conveying the lingering feeling at the end of the day.
On the 10th, KiiiKiii's third mini album will be released, and Omega Sapien, who participated in writing the lyrics for KiiiKiii's "404 (New Era)," Lil Cherry, who participated in "DEBUT SONG" and "BTG," and writer Lee Seul-a, who worked on many songs including "ONE OFF," "Strawberry Cheesegame," and "Delulu," once again lent their support. In addition, R&B singer and producer SUMIN (Sumin), rapper CAMO (Camo), singer-songwriter The Deep (The Deep), Effie (Effie), iiso (Iiso), Yoon Da-hye, ZIN CHOI (Zin Choi), and indie group "Tomato Flavor" and other musicians from various genres currently attracting attention in Korea's popular music scene participated in large numbers.
