Broadcaster Yutong is suspending activities due to worsening health.
On the 1st, Yutong posted a video on his YouTube channel Yutong TV with the caption "Yutong · YouTube pause · see you again after regaining health."
In the released video, a noticeably gaunt Yutong appeared unable to close one eye and with a crooked mouth, drawing attention.
He said, "My eye won't close and my mouth is crooked, so I came to an oriental medicine hospital now." The oriental doctor explained it was "facial nerve palsy" and performed acupuncture treatment.
Through a conversation with his family, Yutong explained his current condition, saying a brain CT needs to be taken and he must rest. His family urged, "You should not film YouTube either. You must stop painting as well. You must rest unconditionally." Accordingly, Yutong announced he will suspend activities and focus on treatment and recovery.
Earlier, Yutong appeared on MBN's Exclusive World in 2024 and said his health had worsened, revealing that he collapsed and ended up in the emergency room after being shocked by threats directed at his daughter Mimi.
Meanwhile, Yutong married an 33-year-younger Mongolian woman in 2017 as his eighth marriage but divorced in 2019.
