'Performance-type idol' group 82MAJOR(82MAJOR) proved its presence as a global trend by selling out all seats for its first Macau fan concert.
82MAJOR(Nam Seong-mo·Park Seok-jun·Yun Ye-chan·Jo Seong-il·Hwang Seong-bin·Kim Do-gyun) held the '2026 82MAJOR fan-concert 82 Office : Vacation in Macau (2026 82MAJOR FAN-CONCERT 82 Office : Vacation IN MACAU)' at Macau Broadway Theater on the 2nd and shared a passionate experience with local fans.
Appearing on stage in neat gray suits that day, 82MAJOR opened with an unusual subway commuting performance. They then surged through the hit songs YESSIR!, W.T.F and Sign in succession, raising the opening atmosphere from the very start.
A variety of corners tailored to the fresh concept of 'office workers' also shone. The members enjoyed a synchronized motion rhythm game, and they went down into the audience to retrieve props in an event, interacting warmly and kindly with the local Attitude (fandom name).
Above all, special cover stages that could be seen only at this performance drew explosive cheers from fans. A surprising unit stage awaited 82MAJOR, who refreshingly performed SEVENTEEN's "Pretty U." Nam Seong-mo·Jo Seong-il·Hwang Seong-bin wore cute flower pins in their hair to perform TWICE's Dance The Night Away, while Park Seok-jun·Yun Ye-chan·Kim Do-gyun made a shocking transformation in sailor outfits to perform Red Velvet's Red Flavor dance, turning the studio into a frenzy.
A Chinese song cover aimed at local fans also drew attention. Heating up the stage with Mashway and Higher Brothers' "Crush On You," they reappeared in comfortable casual outfits to match the latter vacation concept and passionately performed CAGE, TROPHY and Need That Bass, fully demonstrating their solid live skills. Finally, the members presented Say more and CIRCLES, completing an emotional 100 minutes.
Recently 82MAJOR achieved a career high by breaking their own first-week sales record with mini album 5 FEELM (Film). In particular, the title track Sign not only ranked a proud No. 9 on Billboard's "The 25 best K-pop songs of 2026," it also dominated the iTunes charts in Spain and Vietnam at No. 1.
Buoyed by this, they swept trophies at prominent domestic and international awards such as the Weibo International Entertainment Awards, Asia Culture Festival 2026 and KMA 2026, and demonstrated ticket power by selling out solo concerts in Hong Kong and Bangkok and quickly selling out fan concerts in Seoul and Macau. They recently also performed at Waterbomb Seoul 2026.<
