On the March 3 broadcast of SBS 'My Remaining Romance', with Jung Yong-hwa, Lee Seyoung, Doyoung and Yena appearing as celebrity participants, Lee Seyoung cautiously asked Yena about her childhood experience fighting an illness.
In response, Yena said, "I was an infant patient with pediatric lymphoma. So I empathize with the participants of 'My Remaining Romance' and feel strange inside."
Jung Yong-hwa wished, "The participants are people whose lives could really have ended and who have gone through times when they did not know what would happen next, so I hope things go well for them and that they have happy romances."
Meanwhile, 'My Remaining Romance' is a dating reality show in which 20- and 30-somethings who received terminal diagnoses or who had battled illnesses that brought them to death's door face life and love again.
Starting from the weighty question, "If I had little time left, whom would I love?", the program depicts the process by which young people who experienced life's finiteness more closely than anyone else seek true love through the given "today."
