Dragon Pony proved its mettle as a "band you can trust to deliver."
Dragon Pony took the stage at the 2026 Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival with KB Kookmin Card held at Songdo Moonlight Festival Park in Incheon on the 2nd. Having stood on the second stage last year, Dragon Pony entered the main stage this year through the performance, showing its heightened status in the band scene.
Even before the performance began that day, the standing area was packed with spectators gathered to see Dragon Pony, who opened the main stage. Ahn Taegyu said, "I sincerely thank the Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival for inviting Dragon Pony two years in a row. We will prove it with an awesome performance as much as you invited us," and the audience responded with enthusiastic cheers.
Opening the full set with the intense rock sound of "Waste," Dragon Pony followed with the unreleased song "Summerless Dream" and "Earthquake," whose traditional rock sound delivered explosive energy, showcasing overwhelming stage dominance.
They then offered a broad musical palette with "Morse Code," "Earth Boy," and "The Snake That Eats Its Tail," which revealed the solid blend of Dragon Pony's vocals and instrumentation. Dragon Pony displayed an even more expanded spectrum through a varied setlist that freely traversed between intensity and lyrical moods.
Finally, Dragon Pony helped the audience forget the heat with their most recently released single "Ah everything goes my way!", followed by "Not Out" and "POP UP." Throughout the performance, Dragon Pony matched their nickname "a band you can trust to deliver" with relaxed stage manners, energetically connecting with the audience and amplifying the cheers.
Meanwhile, having successfully completed their Pentaport performance, Dragon Pony will continue meeting music fans by attending live ICON 9, 2026 CassCool Festival, Sound Planet Festival 2026, 2026 Asia Top Artist Festival, 2026 Busan International Rock Festival, and Grand Mint Festival 2026.
