On July 30, a video titled "What were the students' reactions to seeing John Park's live performance up close?" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Green Umbrella.'
That day, John Park appeared as a one-day mentor for young people aspiring to be musicians, sharing his audition experiences and stage know-how, creating a warm atmosphere.
Then, when a clip of him with naengmyeon in his mouth appeared, he explained, "This is a clip from 'Enemy of broadcasting.' But don't watch that show. It's lowbrow," which surprised viewers.
However, as soon as the naengmyeon clip appeared, the students, as if they had been waiting, asked, "Do you have a naengmyeon restaurant you think is the best?", "They say Pyongyang naengmyeon tastes like cloth-washed water— is that true?", and "How much vinegar and mustard do you put in it?", causing John Park to burst into laughter.
Meanwhile, 'Enemy of broadcasting' was a program that aired on Mnet from May 29 to Aug. 14, 2013, starring Lee Juck and John Park, and ran for a total of 12 episodes.
The program was a follow-up to the production team of "God of Music," and like its predecessor featured characters appearing under their real names, borrowing some real-life character elements as a kind of mock documentary.<
