The group KARD transformed midsummer music show stages into a refreshing festival with their trademark mombathon sound.
On the 28th of last month, KARD, who released their first full-length album Where To Now? (Part.2) : NOWHERE, began promotions on Mnet's M Countdown and then appeared on KBS2 MUSIC BANK and MBC Show! Music Core to successfully complete the comeback stage for the title track Back To Life.
The new song Back To Life is a mombathon-based dancehall track that highlights KARD's signature tropical sound. All members participated in writing the lyrics, embedding a warm message that they will always be a reliable support for one another, and bright synths combined with a heavy bass deliver dynamic energy. In these music shows, KARD showcased unwavering live vocals and energetic performances within their characteristic free-spirited mood, completing perfect synergy with the dancers.
The performance music video for Back To Life, which was additionally unveiled on their official YouTube channel on the 2nd, also captured the four members' dynamic choreography with stylish visuals, proving the prowess of a "K-pop representative mixed-gender group." As evidence of this, the full-length album achieved notable global results: immediately after release it entered many countries' iTunes "Top Albums" and "Top Songs" charts and ranked third on YouTube's worldwide music video trending chart.
Fueled by a successful comeback, KARD's momentum will continue with a large-scale world tour. They will launch their full-scale global tour by holding a solo concert, KARD 2026 WORLD TOUR [NOW HERE] IN SEOUL, at Gabin Art Hall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on Aug. 8.
