Broadcaster Boom revealed the truth behind a past anecdote in which he told singer SE7EN "your rap is the worst."
On the 3rd, a video titled 'Boom·Nucksal·Hanhae [Zzanbro EP.156] having a blast - a spectacular outpouring of talk skills' was released on the YouTube channel Zzanbro Shin Dong-yeob.
That day Shin Dong-yeob joked to Boom, "Isn't it also a lie that you graduated from Anyang Arts High School?", then brought up an anecdote from the past when he called SE7EN and made him rap.
Boom recalled, "I was originally friends with Rain. After class Rain would go to practice, and I would lean on the stands and tell juniors, 'Try rapping once.'"
He went on to clarify the past anecdote that "I told SE7EN his rap was the worst" by saying, "It was something I said to be funny. There was a misunderstanding." Boom explained, "At the time SE7EN was already a YG trainee famous just for that," and added, "People were curious what kind of practice they did when they auditioned and fell, so I said, 'Try rapping once.'"
He then revealed, "SE7EN rapped really well. But I jokingly said, 'SE7EN, your rap is the worst, the worst.'" Boom confessed candidly, "Honestly I was jealous too," and said, "At the time I was 19 and SE7EN was 17," drawing laughter.
The cast burst into laughter at the youthful episode, and Boom also reminisced, "Thinking back now, it was all said in fun."
