Rappers Mad Clown, Swings and DinDin drew attention by trying gyaru makeup while traveling in Japan.
On July 31, the YouTube channel DinDin posted a video titled "The arrival of the rough ones (a.k.a. Team Doraemon gyaru)." That day the three visited Tokyo and tried gyaru makeup.
DinDin suggested, "Since we came all the way to Japan, we have to get first place. Don't do it half-heartedly with the views, let's get 2 million. But lately gyaru has become trendy because of Licenne. So let's try being gyaru men."
At first the three thought they were going to try gyaru men, but when the makeup shop recommended female gyaru makeup they agreed to it. After a rock-paper-scissors game, Mad Clown lost and proceeded as the representative.
After styling, Mad Clown reacted, "I look like a failed rock star," then picked up his phone and sighed, "Hey, Face ID doesn't work," drawing laughter.
DinDin also worried about exposure after trying on clothes for his styling when he saw the shorts were too short. Receiving a star belt he had confided about his concerns, DinDin worried, "My mom will be very sad if she sees this."
Swings quietly added to DinDin, "Buy me a proper meal later. You know this is the first time I've done something like this in my life. I wouldn't have done it if it weren't for you," which made them laugh more.
