That day Shim Hyungtak headed to Japan to meet his wife and son. His wife and son are currently staying at her parents' home in Japan.
The two enjoyed a mart date while their son was napping at his wife's parents' house. Seeing the empty cart, Shim Hyungtak said, "Haru isn't here. This has never happened. Through a broadcast, Shim Hyungtak revealed a heartbreaking story, saying, "Not a single blood relative attended the wedding. I was hurt so deeply by my family that it was as if I might die, but my wife Saya let me breathe," and disclosed that repeated financial problems by his mother led to court battles and estrangement.
