Studio Dragon is producing High School Queen, a refreshing premise of "Joseon queen's 21st century villain Teach You a Lesson" combined with the thrilling meeting of Kim Se-jeong, Bae Hyeon-seong and Cho Han-gyeol, a cider action romance.
High School Queen, scheduled to be released in 2027 (directed by Yunseong, written by Lee Jeong, produced by Studio Dragon·Mog Film Co., Ltd.·Jaedam Media Co., provided by TVING, original webtoon High School Queen on Naver Webtoon (story by Criti, art by Nehae)) is a cider action romance in which Joseon's greatest warrior and queen Kim Cheong-ha (Kim Se-jeong) wakes up 400 years later in the body of a high school girl who was a victim of school violence, administers Teach You a Lesson to villains with the dignity of a national mother and overwhelming martial arts, and searches for the dreams and love she could not achieve in her previous life.
Kim Cheong-ha, who has crossed 400 years, will conquer a high school ruled by money and power with her dignified swordsmanship and elegant fact bombardment, and untangle the unfinished ties from her previous life, offering pleasant excitement and exhilarating catharsis.
In particular, director Yunseong, who has sensibly and popularly tackled various genres such as The Haunted Palace, Mr. Queen and Bridal Mask, will direct.
