Culinary Class Wars season 1 winner and Napoli Mafia chef Kwon Seong-jun revealed the Shindang-dong building he bought for 3.5 billion won.
On the 30th, a video titled Undercover building owner returns, Matpizza (with Kim Poong) was posted on the YouTube channel Chimchakman.
That day Chimchakman and Kim Poong visited the Shindang-dong building purchased by Napoli Mafia's Kwon Seong-jun. Kim Poong asked, "Did they just build this?" and Kwon Seong-jun explained, "No. I think it was newly built at the end of '21. It's been four years, so it's a new building."
Kwon Seong-jun said, "Interior work will cost nearly 1 billion won. It's not finished yet. The restaurant's second floor is done, and I plan to make the first floor a café."
He then revealed the foreign car he recently bought. He said, "It's been less than a month and I've scratched it twice. It's my first time driving. I bought a brush pen to try to fix it myself." Chimchakman was surprised and asked, "Your first car is a foreign car?" and Kim Poong added, "People who really love Italy ride them for the vibe."
Meanwhile, chef Kwon Seong-jun bought a small building in Shindang-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul last September for about 3.3 billion won. He recently said on a YouTube video, "The building sale price was 3.3 billion won. With acquisition tax and other taxes of about 150 million won, you can think of it as about 3.5 billion won."
He added, "I didn't buy it because I have a lot of money; I pushed myself a bit. I saved every penny to buy it."
