Tonight (30th) at 10 p.m., MBC 'Where is My Home' (directed by Jeong Da-hee, Nam You Joung, Jang Hyo-jong, Kim Yoo-jin / hereafter "Where is My Home") will feature house inspections of people who moved to Seoul.
In this episode, they visit the homes of newcomers who left their hometowns and settled in Seoul with their own dreams. The three visit the home of a newcomer from Pohang who has lived in Seoul for 11 years and resides in Imun-dong, Dongdaemun District. Intrigued by the homeowner's unusual demeanor from the moment of introduction, the three begin to deduce his identity based on clues found throughout the house. From a letter received while working as an English teacher to traces of having attended an announcer academy, and even notes suggesting acting activities, the clues spanning multiple occupations send the homeowner's identity deeper into mystery.
The homeowner who then appears reveals that he juggles several side jobs while nurturing his dream of becoming an actor. It was also revealed that he appeared in the recent SBS drama "Manager Kim," drawing attention. In addition, it was disclosed that most of the appliances and furniture in the house were obtained through used transactions, revealing his exceptional resourcefulness.
The cast members then shared their own struggles to save living expenses when they first moved to Seoul. Kim Dae-ho surprised everyone by confessing that he once washed clothes with dishwashing detergent because he had no laundry detergent, and VV recalled that when she was short on money she would eat food left at the company and even suffered a stomachache, reflecting on the hardships of moving to Seoul.
Finally, the home of a newcomer from Daegu who has lived in Seoul for five years and resides in Bangbae-dong, Seocho District is introduced. Because Bangbae-dong is a neighborhood where it is difficult for 20-somethings who move to the city to settle easily, the designers expressed curiosity from the start. The homeowner, who moved to Seoul with dreams of becoming a musician, is a talent who won the gold prize at the 2026 Han River University Song Festival, and the house shows evidence of his affection for music throughout. Especially when the spacious Bangbae-dong home was revealed, everyone was astonished, and it was also reported that he lives more cheaply than market prices by using youth purchase rental housing, drawing interest. Expectations are high to see what the reasonably priced Bangbae-dong home the homeowner secured looks like.
Meanwhile, VV recently participated in the 'Waterbomb Seoul 2026' event and caused controversy with a 19+ performance with male dancers. VV, wearing a jumpsuit on stage, suddenly unzipped the front zipper, removed the jumpsuit and revealed a bikini outfit.
After VV was surrounded by male dancers amid enthusiastic cheers, she knelt down. She performed by singing into a microphone that the dancers lowered to waist height by hand.
