Mukbang creator Tzuyang said goodbye to a close friend and manager who had been with her for 13 years and eventually showed tears.
On the 28th, a video titled 'last farewell' was released on Tzuyang's YouTube channel. The video included the resignation process of longtime friend and manager Oh Subin.
At the start of the video, Tzuyang said, "Today is a very important day. Subscribers may be sad when they hear this, and I also have mixed feelings," expressing a complicated sentiment. Oh Subin, who was about to resign, first dismissed rumors of discord. He said, "People misunderstand that we are leaving because we fought, but that's absolutely not the case," and explained, "We decided to go our separate ways. Tzuyang also said, "You really worked hard. I hope things go well for you," offering support, and joked, "If it doesn't go well, contact me again," before finally tearing up. Oh Subin also delivered a final farewell, saying, "I'll get through it. It's not that I'm leaving because we fought. I thank everyone who liked me."
Their bond was not simply that of a celebrity and a manager. Previously on Omniscient Interfering View, Oh Subin revealed, "I've been friends with Tzuyang since high school; we've been friends for 13 years," and said, "Our homeroom teacher asked me to take care of a friend who wasn't feeling well, so I woke them up every morning and we went to school together." He said he originally worked at a hearing aid company and became a manager after Tzuyang, at a time when he was considering resigning, offered, "I'll pay you more than your current annual salary, so work with me." Tzuyang also explained why she chose a longtime friend as her manager, saying, "I still can't eat well in front of others. When filming abroad, I felt more at ease having a friend with me."
Especially when Tzuyang went through a difficult time last year, the two relied on each other even more. Oh Subin choked up, saying, "We lived together for about three months.
