After winning the final at tvN style survival show 'Kill It', Kim Nara said in her victory remarks that she wants to hold a wedding with her girlfriend of eight years, and she announced concrete wedding plans.
On the 29th, Kim Nara posted on her personal SNS, "I haven't been able to properly reply to the congratulatory messages yet, but I wanted to express my gratitude first, so I'm writing this," sharing a long statement.
That day Kim Nara said, "Over 10 years on social media I have created many versions of myself. Honestly, this year I considered quitting being an influencer and looking for other work, but thankfully it seems it's not time yet," and added, "To me, Kill It was not a survival contest to prove how cool a style creator I am, but closer to a journey to find myself."
She continued, "I'm still in disbelief about winning. Actually I thought I wouldn't make it and my only intention was to be myself until the end. Above all, because I know better than anyone how amazing the Kill It girls I worked with are, I want to take this opportunity to tell everyone that you were truly amazing."
Kim Nara added, "If someone from my rural hometown hears that I appeared on a survival show, was on TV and even won, my parents and neighbors will probably say it's a celebration for the village. I sincerely thank everyone who supported me."
Especially, Kim Nara expressed affection, "To my partner and wife who stayed up with me through this whole process, you worked so hard and I love you," and her girlfriend responded in the comments, "You did great!!!!!! Shall I book a venue?" Kim Nara replied, "A place with lots of guests!!!!" mentioning specific wedding plans.
On the post, Cha Jung-won, who served as a mentor on 'Kill It', and contestant Choi Mi-na-su liked the post to congratulate the win.
Meanwhile, the episode of tvN 'Kill It: Style Creator War' that aired on the 28th showed the TOP7 taking on the final mission, and the ultimate winner was Kim Nara. In her victory remarks Kim Nara said, "I am so grateful to my most wonderful partner and manager, my girlfriend," and added, "I want to make sure we have the wedding we've postponed until now because of money."
