Broadcaster Han Suk-Joon expressed regret over the end of "Freehan 19."
Han Suk-Joon posted on his social account on the 28th, "The day I first started this program is still vivid. At that time, I didn't know I would stand in this spot for so long. I was simply grateful to have a program that felt like a salary after freelancing," he wrote.
Han Suk-Joon said, "Introducing new stories every week, I too learned and grew little by little each week," adding, "Above all, I am thankful to the viewers. You laughed with us from beyond the screen, and above all you loved this program for a long time. Thanks to that feeling, 10 years were possible."
He added, "I am sad. Very sad. And what I am truly grateful for is that the production team informed us as much as a month and a half ago that the end was here. During that time I was able to recall many memories and wait for the final episode. The program puts a period, but I believe the stories and laughter we shared here will remain somewhere in each of your daily lives."
Meanwhile, "Freehan 19," which started on tvN and moved to tvN SHOW, concluded its decade-long run with episode 530 aired on the 27th.
