TN Entertainment executives three were implicated in alleged breach of duty.
On the 28th, according to the Financial Supervisory Service electronic disclosure system, TN Entertainment confirmed on the 24th allegations of breach of duty against executives A, B and C.
TN Entertainment represents comedians Kang Jae-jun·Lee Eun-hyung, Kim Sook, Kim Ji-seon, Nam Chang Hee, Jang Dong-min, Hong Hyun-hee, broadcasters Kang Ji-yeong, Do Kyung Wan, Boom, Yang Se-hyung, You Se Yoon, Lee Young-ja, Heo Kyunghwan, Hong Jin Kyung, actor Ra Miran, Jung Z-iso, singers Moon Heejun·Soyul, chef Yoon Nam-no and others.
TN Entertainment said it will take all necessary measures through lawful procedures, including seeking damages for matters arising going forward, and will actively cooperate with investigations by related agencies.
However, the amount of breach of duty has not been determined so far. Therefore, if it is later confirmed to be 3% or more of equity or 1 billion won or more, it may be designated for a substantive review of listing eligibility. TN Entertainment reported that its shareholders' equity based on the 2025 separate financial statements is about 66.97096 billion won, and the company said it will disclose related information if there are any changes or additional confirmations.
