Former 2NE1 member Sandara Park is set to target the Southeast Asian market.
On the 28th, Power Entertainment said it will join as a partner supporting Sandara Park's Southeast Asian activities by investing in her label ARADNAS.
Power Entertainment, which joined Sandara Park through a relationship that began at the 'Waterbomb Singapore' held in 2024, plans to strengthen Sandara Park's global moves as a solo artist by promoting various projects such as performances, festivals and fan events based on its local network, saying, "Based on our understanding of the local market and broad networks, we will comprehensively support Sandara Park's entry into Southeast Asia and build a long-term activity base."
Through this agreement, Sandara Park is scheduled to participate in solo concerts, fan meetings, festivals and various events across Southeast Asian countries. Some projects will be planned as exclusive content just for Sandara Park, and she will also take part in various events hosted by Power Entertainment to expand contact points with local fans. Having long received great love from Southeast Asian fans, she is determined to visit the region more frequently to showcase new charms as a solo artist.
David Yong, CEO of Power Entertainment, said, "It is very meaningful to work with Sandara Park. Based on our long friendship, we expect to create even greater synergy and will continue to provide wholehearted support to expand activities in Southeast Asia," adding, "Sandara Park is a legendary K-pop artist recognized by all since her 2NE1 days. Now that she has begun a new journey as a solo artist, I am confident she will show fans diverse music and creative sides. As an all-around artist who performs not only music but variety entertainment as well, we look forward to her future activities."
