Rockin Korea, a cultural content production and planning company (CEO Lee Hwa-shin), is announcing its growth into a global performance platform through a global showcase concert.
According to Rockin Korea, "2026 Rising Connection in Japan" will be held on Sept. 25 at duo MUSIC EXCHANGE in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan.
This concert is a performance brand planned to expand the overseas advancement base of domestic musicians and to revitalize musical exchange between countries, with Rockin Korea handling planning and hosting. Having confirmed the potential through domestic performances in February and July, it is expanding into Japan and announcing its growth as a global performance platform.
From the Japanese side, ASH DA HERO, who sang theme songs for popular soccer anime "Blue Lock" and "Wistoria of the Staff and Sword," and BACK-ON, familiar to Korean fans for famous anime OSTs such as "Gundam" and "Fairy Tail," will appear. Representing Korea are EHJM (Lee Hyuk Jeong-mo), a group formed by former Norazo member Lee Hyuk and Trax's Jeong Mo, and D82 (THE 8), who proved vocal ability through Mnet's "Great Seoul Invasion" and "Immortal Songs."
"Rising Connection" aims for exchange and networking among artists beyond a simple performance. A representative said, "Through cooperation with the local partner, duo MUSIC EXCHANGE, participating artists will closely interact with Japanese music industry figures and secure networks for entering the local market," adding, "This is expected to be an important stepping stone that will lead to multifaceted global activities such as appearances at Japanese festivals, record releases and joint projects."
