KBS2's new weekend drama 'Love On The Menu' (writer Lee Kyung-hee, director Hong Seok-gu) has drawn attention to the OST 'As much as the love scattered in the world' after its first broadcast on the 25th.
The song 'As much as the love scattered in the world,' sung by singer Kwon Eun-bi, released a poignant ballad version after the first broadcast, and speculation continues about who the voice belongs to.
According to Yogurt Studio, from the planning stage the song was intended to feature ballad version vocals by Chosng together with Kwon Eun-bi.
The ballad version, a reinterpretation of Lee Seung-hwan's 1991 original into a gentle acoustic pop melody, alternates loneliness and warmth through Chosng's understated voice. Producers Go Byung-sik and Lee Hyung-sung, who have been active domestically and internationally with numerous artists, albums and OSTs, handled the remake to maximize Chosng's charm.
A Yogurt Studio representative said, "Chosng's 'As much as the love scattered in the world' was also released as a track on the 26th and is receiving a favorable response from music fans," adding, "With a clear, pure yet tinged-with-aching voice, Chosng has added listening pleasure to the viewing enjoyment of weekend drama viewers."
