On the 27th, a video titled "Lee Ji Hye reveals for the first time the remodeled mid-40-pyeong home she completely redid (40-year building)" was posted on the YouTube channel "Not an annoying attention-seeking sister."
In the video, Lee Ji Hye introduced the new home, saying, "My mental health was shaken more than once preparing for the move over the past few months, but I can finally reveal it." The new home is about a 40-year-old building APT. It was reborn after an extensive remodel that took about seven weeks. Lee Ji Hye said, "If I lived in an 80-pyeong, this is a mid-40-pyeong," and added, "The floor area is smaller, but if you make efficient use of the interior, I think it will be fine," expressing satisfaction.
What stood out most was the Apgujeong school view with a school visible outside the window. Considering the educational environment for her two daughters and with a custom design reflecting the family's living flow, practicality was enhanced.
Earlier, Lee Ji Hye had also shared the moving preparation process on social media. She described herself as "a person crazy about organizing" while updating fans on the move, and said, "There were 5 tons of trash thrown away, and usable items were sold on Karrot," which drew attention. She also revealed the gold button she received for reaching 1 million YouTube subscribers, calling it "an award plaque full of stories."
Among the footage was a scene of her doing an intermediate inspection of the house under construction with her second daughter. The reveal of meticulous interior details, including a living room using high-end lighting and efficient storage spaces, heightened anticipation for the completed new home.
Meanwhile, Lee Ji Hye married tax accountant Moon Jae-wan in 2017 and has two daughters, and she plans to continue daily life with her family in the new home.
