Singer and broadcaster 이지혜 for the first time revealed her newly decorated 40-pyeong home after leaving an 80-pyeong house. Although the floor area decreased, the space, completely changed by an Apgujeong school view and customized interior, drew attention.

In the video 이지혜 said, "You know I'm moving, right?" and added, "I lost my composure more than once preparing for the move for several months, but I can finally reveal it."
The revealed home is an apartment about 40 years old. 이지혜 said she carried out remodeling for about seven weeks to transform the old apartment into a modern space. She expressed satisfaction, saying, "If I lived in an 80-pyeong place, this is a 40-pyeong," and "The floor area decreased, but if you furnish it efficiently it should be fine."
The Apgujeong school view, designed with children's lifestyles in mind, was especially eye-catching. With a location overlooking the school out the window and a customized design that maximized space utilization, it was arranged as a family-centered new home.
The interior was handled by interior expert and longtime friend Park Ji-hyun, who also appeared in the video introducing the Pangyo home. 이지혜 expressed gratitude, saying, "She endured even shingles and worked really hard for seven weeks," and also revealed behind-the-scenes moments of laughter and tears during the construction process.
The video also showed her doing a midterm inspection of the house under construction with her second daughter. As the house neared completion, the living room highlighted with premium lighting and efficient storage spaces were revealed, raising expectations.
According to the broadcast, the moving date is July 8. 이지혜 said, "The construction has been going on for more than three weeks," and introduced the process of the new house being completed little by little.
