On the 24th, the YouTube channel Workman posted a video titled "Carrying 1.2 tons of watermelons that rivals parcel loading and unloading." That day Lee Jun visited a watermelon farm and attracted attention by experiencing everything from harvesting to sales.
In the video, Lee Jun's trainer was a young farmer who said, "A single watermelon weighs between 7kg and 12kg." Then Lee Jun complained, "The heavy ones are heavier than bottled water," and said, "After delivering bottled water, my wrist wouldn't bend for two or three weeks."
But the trainer laughed and said, "Hasn't a lot of time passed since then?" and "It's fine." Later, after harvesting watermelons and moving them onto a truck, Lee Jun said, "You can call them watermelons if you like, but how is this different from parcel loading and unloading?" and described it as quite a physically demanding job.
After finishing watermelon delivery and sales, Lee Jun received a daily wage of 87,500 won. This included a 30,000-won incentive for the 10 watermelons Lee Jun sold.
When the production team asked him to rate the day's work, Lee Jun said, "2.5 points," adding, "The risk is too great. The risk for a year's crop. I heard someone pressed the wrong switch and lost 200 million won. I don't think I could handle it mentally," which drew sympathy.
