On Boss in the Mirror, broadcaster Jun Hyun-moo found traces of soccer player Son Heung-min's family.
On the afternoon of the 26th, former soccer player Lee Young-pyo appeared on the KBS 2TV variety show Boss in the Mirror.
Lee Young-pyo reunited with Boss in the Mirror MC Jun Hyun-moo as close friends born in 1977 while they worked together on the 2026 CONCACAF World Cup broadcasts. He invited Jun Hyun-moo, Boss in the Mirror boss and chef Jung Ho-young, and former baseball player Yang Joon-hyuk to Mexico and prepared a healing trip in Monterrey.
However, the healing Lee Young-pyo had in mind differed from what the Boss in the Mirror members expected. Early in the morning, in running clothes, Lee Young-pyo summoned the Boss in the Mirror members and began the Monterrey healing course with a morning run. Jun Hyun-moo recalled, "I was honored, but I really hated that there was no breeze and the temperature was over 30 degrees," prompting laughter.
Jun Hyun-moo even ran at the front wearing soccer player Lee Kang-in's uniform, showing off a 'Mu Kang-in' side. Lee Young-pyo joked, "I thought Lee Kang-in had appeared in Monterrey park."
After the run, Lee Young-pyo led the members to a local restaurant he had found. Expecting local food such as tacos, the Boss in the Mirror members headed to a Korean restaurant that differed from their expectations. Lee Young-pyo confessed, "As of the shooting date, I had stayed in Mexico for more than three weeks," and added, "Honestly, I really wanted Korean food," saying he had sought the Korean restaurant for himself, not the members.
But as a notable Korean restaurant, it was famous enough that active soccer players also visited with their families. When a restaurant employee said, "Player Son Heung-min also came with his family," Jun Hyun-moo quickly asked, "Where did they sit?" and took a seat at the place where Son Heung-min's family had sat, causing laughter.<
