Broadcaster Lee Young-ja skillfully planted seedlings.
On the 26th, a video titled "Lee Young-ja planting seedlings day, sweet-and-sour noodles that stimulate the appetite and secret seasoning sauce" was posted on the YouTube channel "Lee Young-ja TV."
That day Lee Young-ja boasted about a newly purchased vintage pot, saying, "Today I plan to plant various plants together here."
Saying she would gather the scattered seedlings in one place to plant them, she used hügelkultur, an eco-friendly farming method that buries rotten wood to retain water and nutrients for a long time.
First, she laid rotten wood in the vintage pot and poured soil, and the production staff exclaimed, "You're practically an expert now." In response Lee Young-ja said, "Doing this in the vintage pot makes it pretty as an ornamental piece, and I should do a few more," adding a watermelon rind and more soil.
Filling the soil with skilled hands, Lee Young-ja said, "I've improved a lot, right?" and noted, "When the work I normally do causes stress, doing something else sometimes is good."
After thoroughly watering the seedlings and the new pot, Lee Young-ja planted tomatoes, chives, peppermint and others in order. She said, "Mixing them makes it look nice and convenient when you pick and eat them."<
