Soyou mourns father, receives visitors at Seoul funeral

Singer Soyou, formerly of the group Sistar, has suffered the loss of her father.

On the 25th, OSEN confirmed that Soyou's father, Kang Woo-joon, passed away that day.

The funeral wake has been set up in Special Room 3 at the Ewha Womans University Mokdong Hospital funeral hall in Seoul, and the funeral procession will be held on the morning of the 27th at 5:30 a.m. The burial site is Suwon Yeonhwajang.

Currently, Soyou is listed as a chief mourner along with her mother, older brother and older sister, and is receiving visitors in mourning.

Meanwhile, Soyou debuted in 2010 as a member of the group Sistar. She is currently active as a solo singer.
