The group Stray Kids released a teaser mashup video of tracks from their new album, previewing a "refreshing listening experience" that will hit the music scene this summer.
JYP Entertainment posted the signature teaser mashup video, which mixes the album tracks of the new mini album THIS & THAT (This & That), set to be released on Aug. 7, on Stray Kids' official social media channels on the afternoon of the 24th.
The video is set against the backdrop of a "This & That" cafe that sells a variety of drinks. Seven tracks — the album tracks RUN IT, FARMING, I Do, After You, geunal, Way Out and the title track This & That — blend exquisitely to exude fresh energy. In particular, the sensory direction that mixes music and drinks, the sparkling carbonation, and the large street illustrations add visual fun and perfectly realize a refreshing yet dynamic retro EDM mood.
The new release THIS & THAT includes the seven tracks featured in the mashup video plus This & That (Festival Version), for a total of eight songs. The group's producing team 3RACHA is credited on all tracks, including the title song, further elevating Stray Kids' distinct musical identity and level of completion.
Ahead of full-scale comeback activities, Stray Kids will kick off the new world tour Stray Kids World Tour 'RUN IT' with five performances at KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa District, Seoul, starting today (the 25th) and continuing on July 26, 29, Aug. 1 and 2. The shows sold out all seats well in advance, once again proving their overwhelming ticket power.
