Physician and broadcaster Min Hye-yeon shared sweet recent news marking 2,500 days of marriage with actor Joo Jin-mo.
On the 24th, Min Hye-yeon's YouTube channel Doctor Hyeyeon posted a video titled "I'm the one who was confessed to on our 2,500th day of marriage."
That day the two went out to a fancy dinner at a one-Michelin-star restaurant to celebrate their 2,500th day of marriage. While enjoying the food, a somewhat tipsy Joo Jin-mo began to make a sincere declaration of affection.
Joo Jin-mo told Min Hye-yeon, "I feel so grateful that you give me unwavering love." When Min Hye-yeon smiled and asked, "You haven't grown tired of me, have you?" Joo Jin-mo cheerfully replied, "For 2,500 days you've made sure I never let my guard down, so I don't seem to age." Min Hye-yeon laughed and said, "That's my charm."
Joo Jin-mo also expressed his happiness, saying, "We are always a celebration," and Min Hye-yeon, finding her tipsy husband amusing, said, "You know you confess your love when you're drunk, right?" Then Joo Jin-mo expressed his affection, saying, "I love you. I will always be by your side, I won't leave."
When Min Hye-yeon said, "People watching YouTube say I like you so much," Joo Jin-mo responded, "The expressions my wife uses because she likes me are because I absolutely love and adore her and she knows that, so she expresses it. But people don't get to see that."
He added that he has never spoken casually to Min Hye-yeon, who is more than 10 years younger, saying, "When you cherish and respect the person you love, the way you speak changes. It feels like when we first met. How meaningful is that," once again showing his love for his wife.
He continued, "Sometimes when my wife lights up, it feels like electricity runs through both my hands, but I like being inside my wife's protective circle. Clearly she's older than me, but I always feel like I'm inside my wife's circle; that makes me happy."
Meanwhile, Min Hye-yeon married Joo Jin-mo in 2019 and consistently posts daily life and skincare content on her YouTube channel.
