'I Live Alone' Dunn boasted an exceptional core.
On the 24th episode of MBC variety show 'I Live Alone,' the daily life of singer Dunn, who has lived alone for four years, was portrayed.
That day, Dunn ate breakfast in the yard while basking in the sunlight, then leisurely changed clothes and came out to the living room. He then suddenly started doing pushups, drawing attention.
Dunn explained, "This workout can finish everything within 30 minutes; it's the Dunn challenge workout. I turn the stopwatch on, do one set per minute for 10 sets, rest for 10 minutes. When the last 10 minutes remain, I do it once more and exercise for a total of 20 minutes."
Dunn started with shoulder tap pushups, then extended his knees and touched his ankles, went back and forth once, and finished one set with squats. He said, "That one set is really hard," paused to catch his breath, and immediately began the second set.
Having completed 10 sets in an instant, he took a 10-minute break and then did sliding pushups. About this he said, "Actually, senior Kim Moo Yul does bodyweight pushup exercises and he was so cool. I wanted to try that," and added, "It's been two months since I started that challenge," surprising viewers.
