Actor Yeon Jeong-hoon revealed a twist anecdote that his first on-screen kiss after debut was with Kim Sook.
On the 24th broadcast of KBS 2TV Problem Child in House, actor Yeon Jeong-hoon appeared and displayed a cheerful wit.
That day Kim Sook admired him as soon as she saw Yeon Jeong-hoon, saying "You don't age," and Yeon Jeong-hoon waved his hand, saying "I aged terribly." Yeon Jeong-hoon, who said he was born in 1978, smiled at the cast's acknowledgment that he looks younger than Hong Jin Kyung, who is one year younger.
Asked about his recent life, he answered, "These days parenting is my top priority." He said, "I'm helping my children with their hobbies," and "right now we are raising pet lizards, keeping a bearded dragon and tree frogs together." He added, "I order live crickets to feed them and I have to clean up myself," conveying that 'reptile parenting' is not easy.
Hearing this, Hong Jin Kyung said, "My daughter also wanted to raise an iguana but I absolutely wouldn't allow it," and Yeon Jeong-hoon said, "I never gave permission either, but she brought it with her mother," adding, "since it's already a living creature, we decided to take responsibility and raise it to the end."
He also said, "Because the house is near Namsan a lot of bees come in and during the rainy season even centipedes climb up," adding, "we have insect control tools of every type in the house," which drew laughs.
What provoked the biggest laughter that day was the untold story of Yeon Jeong-hoon's first on-screen kiss. Yeon Jeong-hoon confessed, "My first on-screen kiss after debut was with Kim Sook," surprising everyone. It turned out the scene was filmed in a gag sketch–style sitcom the two had done together.
It was also revealed that Han Ga-in's first on-screen kiss partner was Yu Jae-seok, and the studio erupted in laughter. It was explained that the scene was filmed on a variety show, and the caption displayed the phrase "variety show victim couple," prompting bursts of laughter from the cast.<
