Comedian Jeong I-rang's second house was revealed.
On the 23rd episode of MBC variety show Where is My Home (hereinafter "Homes"), Im Hyeong-jun and Jeong I-rang appeared as guests and joined Kim Sook in searching for an APT. in central Seoul in the 200 million won range.
On that day the three toured an APT. located near Myeongdong Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. The APT. was an older building and the owner had remodeled it into a second house.
Hearing this, Jeong I-rang said, "I don't own a home in Seoul. The kids like clamming so we made a second house near the beach on Anmyeondo."
He explained, "It's about two and a half hours from Seoul. The land cost 100 million won and the house cost 100 million won. We chose land with good ground and put a movable home worth 100 million won on it," drawing attention.
Jeong I-rang added, "The advantages are the kids like it, they go clamming and run around; the disadvantage is the distance. I have gone clamming five times now and when someone asks, 'Shall we go to Anmyeondo?' they say, 'Again?'."
Meanwhile, when asked why she does not buy a home in Seoul, Jeong I-rang answered, "I don't want the agony of buying and painfully paying it off; I want to buy comfortably when I'm ready," which drew sympathy.
