"performance-type idol" group 82MAJOR has confirmed its appearance at the KM Chart Awards 2026.
82MAJOR (Nam Seong-mo·Park Seok-jun·Yun Ye-chan·Jo Seong-il·Hwang Seong-bin·Kim Do-gyun) will attend KMA 2026 (KM Chart Awards 2026) held at Hwajeong Gymnasium, Korea University, in Seoul on the 25th.
On that stage, 82MAJOR will showcase their characteristic solid live skills and perfectly synchronized sharp choreography. In particular, they will perform their recently much-loved title track "Sign" as well as tease an unreleased special performance prepared exclusively for this awards ceremony, heightening fans' expectations.
KMA 2026, organized by KM Chart, is a music festival and awards ceremony dedicated to the artists who shone brightly in the music industry over the past year and the fans who supported them. With intense interest from domestic and international music fans, 82MAJOR is expected to further elevate the festive atmosphere by delivering distinctive performances and a refreshing yet powerful energy.
82MAJOR achieved a career high by breaking its personal first-week sales record with mini album 5 "FEELM". The title track "Sign" not only secured spots on major domestic music charts but also ranked an impressive ninth on Billboard's "25 best K-pop songs of 2026." In addition, they topped the iTunes charts in Spain and Vietnam and entered the upper ranks of China's NetEase Music, sweeping global charts.
82MAJOR further solidified their global presence by winning the "Overseas group with potential of the year" at China's Weibo International Entertainment Awards and then taking home the "Asia rising group" trophy at the Asia Culture Festival 2026.
Riding that momentum, they successfully concluded their solo concerts "BEE: BE BUM" in Hong Kong and Bangkok, Thailand. Including the Hong Kong concert, their recently concluded Seoul fan concert and the Macau fan concert scheduled for August all recorded sold-out rushes at breakneck speed. They will hold a fan concert on Aug. 2 at the Broadway Theater in Macau to connect with local fans.<
