Singer G.NA has drawn fans' attention by revealing recent airport whereabouts after announcing her comeback. Questions arose about whether she had indeed come to Korea.
On the 23rd, G.NA posted several photos on her social media.
The released photos showed her pulling a suitcase and looking around shops inside the airport. She took a selfie wearing comfortable black clothes and a LA Dodgers cap pulled low, and she conveyed an in-transit mood by posting a Canada flag and airplane emoji alongside it.
Another photo she released showed luggage organized ahead of a trip. On top of the suitcase were a hat, a gimbal, lip products, a neck pillow and other travel items, and she added the phrase "See you soon♥" (see you soon), arousing fans' curiosity.
However, the post did not disclose a destination, so where she was headed could not be confirmed.
Earlier, G.NA has been accelerating her return activities.
In June she announced a remake of her signature song "I will disappear, live well" through a fan vote, calling it "the first song announcing a new beginning." Then on the 13th she resumed communication with fans, saying, "It was truly happy to have time to take photos after a long time. Rather than thinking I had to do well like before, I wanted to capture myself as I am now."
Also, marking her 16th debut anniversary, she continued social media activity, expressing gratitude, saying, "Thank you for still remembering me and being by my side."
G.NA debuted in 2010 and won great love by hitting songs such as "I will disappear, live well", "Black & White" and "Top Girl." However, she halted activities after being sentenced to a fine of 2 million won on charges of violating the Act on the Punishment of Acts Related to the Mediation of Sexual Transactions in 2016. She recently announced a remake of her signature song, signaling a full-fledged comeback after about 10 years.
