Group Monsta X (MONSTA X) member Kihyun continues his global activities.
According to his agency Starship Entertainment, Kihyun released the English version of his new song 'So Good' on the 24th through various online music sites.
'So Good' is the title track of Kihyun's mini album 2 'BORDERLINE' released on the 7th, a rock-based song in which progressively intensifying guitar sounds harmonize with Kihyun's delicate vocals. In particular, the instantly erupting refreshing high notes deliver an intense thrill and received favorable reviews.
The album received focused attention from the U.S. business magazine Forbes immediately after its release, and upon release it reached No. 21 on the worldwide iTunes album chart and recorded No. 1 on the iTunes top 100 K-pop album chart in five countries including Australia, Finland and the Netherlands.
Kihyun, who is continuing Monsta X's world tour along with the release of the English version of 'So Good.' Through his agency he said, "I'm happy to be able to share the English version of 'So Good.' When I first heard the original demo I liked the song's feeling, so I wanted to present a version that preserved that feeling. Although it has the same melody, the lyrics are filled with contrasting content, so I think you will feel a different atmosphere and charm. Please give a lot of love to the English version as well.
